JagBag Fine Silk - Standard - White - Side Opening

Here's one of our lightweight Fine Silk JagBags.  Weighing around 25% less than our 'Normal' JagBags,  Fine Silks appealed to travellers who were looking to save pack weight wherever they could.  We used to offer all styles and colours of JagBags in both Endura (normal weight) and Fine silk but this gradually turned into a bit of a production nightmare and so we dropped the Fine range to concentrate on the Endura.  The Fine JagBags have been in storage for some time and may be a bit creased but they're still an excellent hand made silk sleeping bag liner.  

This Fine Silk Standard JagBag is an undyed white.  It's very light (100g/3.5oz) and takes up very little luggage space.  The feel of this soft silk against your skin help you to comfortably drift off to sleep. 

This is a customised JagBag - one side has been left open for approx. 95cms to make JagBag entry/exit a little easier.  3 velcro pads hold the side closed.  Also,  the stitching thread may be blue or white because we ran short of white thread while we were making them!

Now, the thing with velcro pads is that they can damage the silk very easily if you're not careful.  Pull the pads apart by pulling on the pads themselves and NOT THE SILK surrounding them.  Apart from needin to be carefull with the velcro these are excellent silk sleeping bag liners.
